Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within that same window.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Europe. If you don't see your country at checkout, we're not yet able to deliver there.

(We're in the process of registering for IOSS to streamline EU VAT at checkout — this doesn't affect your ability to order from anywhere in Europe today.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Norway: 3–5 business days Across Europe: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, local postal disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

As international customs rules continue to evolve — including the EU's new low-value import duty introduced in July 2026 — customs duties or import charges not already included in your order may apply on delivery for orders shipped into the EU. We're a small, independently-run business actively working to build this into checkout as clearly and smoothly as possible. Thank you for your patience while we do.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email, sent within 24 hours (business days) of your order. If you haven't received it within that window, contact us at info@nurturanatura.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@nurturanatura.com with your order number. We'll work with our shipping partner to locate your parcel or arrange a resolution. For damaged or faulty items, see our Returns policy for full details on refunds and exchanges.

Subscription Orders

If you're on a subscription, the same shipping destinations and delivery estimates above apply to each recurring delivery. You can manage your delivery address and subscription schedule at any time from your account — see our Subscription Info page for details.
