When you order your Starter Kit — which contains a reusable bottle and 4 hand wash tablets — you also choose how often you'd like to receive your future Refill Packs. Each Refill Pack contains 4 hand wash tablets and is delivered at your chosen frequency. Set it, forget it, and never run out of hand wash again.

You are in full control of your subscription at all times. You can pause, skip, change your delivery frequency, or cancel directly from your account portal — no need to contact us. No worries here, you've got this!

We'll send a reminder email 7 days before your next billing date so you have time to make any changes. Any adjustments must be made before this date to take effect for the upcoming order. If no changes are made, billing processes automatically and your order ships within two working days.

Prefer a one-time order? Refill Packs are also available as a single purchase — no strings attached.
